Shipping

Each piece is prepared and packed with care. Processing time may vary depending on size, availability, and whether a piece is being prepared to order. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, an additional shipping charge may apply.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact anodosrising49@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the artwork and its packaging so the problem can be documented.

A damaged or incorrect piece will be replaced at no additional cost. You will not be asked to pay return shipping for a damaged product, and in most cases no return will be required. If a return is needed, Anodos Rising will provide prepaid shipping instructions. If a replacement cannot be made, you will be offered a refund or an appropriate alternative.

Returns and exchanges

Because many prints are prepared specifically for each order, general returns or exchanges are not accepted for a change of mind. If you have a concern about the quality of your order, please get in touch so it can be reviewed and made right.

Cancellations

Contact Anodos Rising as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If production has not begun, the order can be canceled and refunded. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery delays

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after a package leaves the studio. Although those delays are outside our direct control, Anodos Rising will help you review tracking information and work with the carrier when possible.
